So if you have been watching my progress with the P90x program you might be wondering where I have been the past few days to a week. The answer is resting a lot.
I made it though the first week minus the final workout for the week KenpoX, however I am a pretty competitive person and I felt my effort or performance wasn’t up to my own standards even though Tony H. always says just do your best and forget the rest. The fact was I knew I could do better. Not in 3 weeks from now, but right now. So I decided to use the first week as a trial run through to get a vision of the workouts, fight through the soreness and then tackle them head on as I restart the program from day one. Today was day two of the restart in which I completed the entire Plyometrics routine which I had to cut short the first time around due to fatigue and getting sloppy with my moves.
I am feeling stronger already and even feeling (although it might be my imagination) that I am already seeing some subtle results, which is a great thing because that just makes you want to push forward that much more no matter how bad the workouts might be. Bring it!
